Q. What is the order process?

(1) Enquiry: Please leave company name, address, contact person, EMAIL, Tel etc.
Please mail your design artwork and requirements first.
[product name, artwork, size, skill, quantity, accessories, delivery date]

(2) Quotation:
After we reach the consensus on how to make the product, we’ll to quote you soon.

(3) Made a Sample:
After the price and delivery date are approved, we will provide production drawings to our customers for confirmation. Please pay the sample fee first.

(4) Confirm the sample and make the bulk production:
Please pay 50% deposit after order confirmation.
Mass production can be arranged after the proof is confirmed.
(Proofing delivery period is 13-15 days, large goods delivery period is 15~35 days, depending on the product, there are different delivery periods)

(5) shipment:
After the completion of the large cargo, we direct the goods to the customer's designated delivery address.

(6) After-sales service: If there is any flaw please take photos and respond to our company within seven days, there will be someone to serve you.
